General Questions
What types of keepsakes do you create?
We create:
- memorial keepsakes
- anniversary jewellery (wedding etc.)
- milestone keepsakes
- keepsakes to honour special events in your life
Who are your keepsakes for?
Our pieces are designed to be organic in look and feel, and deeply personal. We work with bereaved families, pet owners, parents, and anyone wanting to honour a loved one, past or present.
Do you ship Australia-wide or internationally?
We accept orders worldwide. You’ll receive full shipping and tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Can I wear my keepsake every day?
Treat your keepsake like a fine piece of jewellery. We recommend removing your piece during activities that could cause damage or exposure to harsh chemicals.
Jewellery & Materials
What metals do you use?
We use solid, recycled metals, including:
- Oxidised Sterling silver
- Argentium Silver
- Jewellers Brass
- 9k and 14k yellow, rose, and palladium white gold
All pieces are made using the lost wax casting method, ensuring heirloom quality.
Are your metals hypoallergenic?
All our cast metals are nickel-free, however Jewellers Brass is not considered hypoallergenic.
Inclusions & Add-ins
Do you use lab grown gemstones?
We use natural, conflict-free gemstones sourced from different parts of the world such as, Australia, India and Africa.
What can I include in my keepsake?
We can work with any sentimental materials including:
- Ashes
- Hair or fur
- Teeth
- Dried flowers
- Pregnancy test cap
- Fabric
- Fingerprints, paw or nose prints
- Sand / Soil
Our jewellery can hold anything meaningful to you.
Ordering & Sending Inclusions
How do I send my inclusions to you?
After you place your order, we’ll send you our instructions and our address to post your inclusions. You can also read our instructions here: mailing your inclusions
Can I use inclusions from more than one person or pet?
Yes - we’re honoured to create pieces that represent multiple loved ones.
How much of my inclusions do I need to send?
You only need a small amount of your inclusions. We recommending sending per piece:
- Ashes: approx. ¼ teaspoon
- Hair/fur: a small lock (6cm long for knot work)
- Dried Petals: 1-2 petals from each flower
- Fabric: a piece large enough to fit within your chosen keepsake (we can cut/fold it to size)
We return unused ashes and other inclusions with your completed keepsake.
Turnaround & Shipping
What is your turnaround time?
Our typical turnaround is 10 weeks from the time we receive your inclusions. Each piece is 100% handmade to order.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on our current schedule. Please contact us before ordering to check availability.
Will I get updates?
Yes - once intake has been completed for your order, you'll receive regular updates throughout the process.
Care & Warranty
Is there a warranty?
We offer a 24-month warranty on any manufacturing defects. This doesn’t cover general wear and tear, loss, or damage caused by misuse. Read our full warranty coverage here: Warranty & Guarantees
What if I damage my piece?
Please get in touch - we’ll do our best to repair or remake your keepsake where possible (fees may apply).
