Mailing your Inclusions

After placing your order, follow the instructions below to safely mail your inclusions to us.

The postage instructions may vary slightly depending on whether you're within Australia or sending Internationally.

Order Turnaround: 10 weeks from when we receive your inclusions.

Postage Instructions

To mail your Inclusions, you can choose to purchase and print your own shipping label at home through your country's postal service website:
AU - Australia Post
US - USPS
UK - Royal Mail
NZ - New Zealand Post
CA - Canada Post

OR go to your local post office to purchase shipping.

We recommend using a small padded mailer with tracking. This should cost roughly $13.00 AUD for Australian customers or $23.00 USD for International customers.


We do not recommend sending the last of any materials.


IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL NOTES:

US customers: Please use USPS
NZ customers: Please use NZ Post
UK customers: Please use Royal Mail
CA customers: Please use Canada Post

  • Please DO NOT use a courier service such as FedEx, UPS, DHL or Purolator. This will cause customs delays
  • Declare your package as "Jewelry making supplies" on the CN22 (declaration post office staff will give you)

MAILING ASHES

AMOUNT TO SEND:
Roughly 1/4 Teaspoon per keepsake

Any ashes we do not use within your keepsake will be mailed back to you with your keepsake

A pinch of hair approximately 0.5cm thick is best but we can work with as little as a single strand as needed

MAILING DRIED FLOWERS

AMOUNT TO SEND:
Please send a small amount of each flower you'd like to include.

Flowers need to be dried for a minimum of 3 weeks and be free of any pests/diseases before sending.

PACKAGING:
Place dried flowers flat between 2 pieces of paper. Seal in a resealable bag with the air squeezed out

  • We will always return any leftover flowers we don't use with your finished jewellery
  • Mail within a small padded mailer with tracking
  • Do not send as a letter

Please send a small amount of each flower you'd like to include.
